We are on the lookout for a Senior Student Experience Coordinator. This role will provide a high standard of customer service, assistance, and information across a wide range of topics, helping prospective students successfully negotiate the critical information of becoming a student at the University of Auckland and connecting prospective students to specialist staff and services (as required). The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Support team members through navigating complex issues.
- Ensuring team members are informed of changes of systems and processes and information.
- Mentoring staff.
- Providing key insights to help with students’ decision making.
- Programme and Course Advice.
- Student administration.
- Learning support and advice.
- Careers support and advice.
- Provide friendly, informative and mana enhancing services that effectively help prospective students.
The salary range for this role is $62,400 – $77,800 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time – 37.5 hours per week role on a permanent basis.

Our preferred candidate will:
- Have 3 – 4 years’ experience delivering high quality customer service.
- Have 2 – 4 years’ experience working in out-bound call centres.
- Be experienced in working with and understanding the needs of a diverse range of clients.
- Have experience in leading process improvement and looking for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ability to build and grow relationships.
- Be able to demonstrate active listening.
- Have a good standard of oral and written communication skills.
